Welcome! I'm glad you stopped by to learn more about counseling services. My name is Aimee Garcia, and I was born and raised in Texas. I provide individual and couple's counseling services for people of all ages and backgrounds. My background is in education and I find meaning and purpose in helping others work towards becoming the best version of themselves through their different phases of life.  I work from an integrative approach, pulling from person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and a solution-focused modalities. All that means- I'm going to meet you where you are as we work together to help you achieve your unique mental health goals. ​I currently work with platforms like Rula and Headway to accept Insurance paying clients.
